Social Security Disability Representation
Every claimant at every level of the Social Security application and appeals process receives our complete and undivided attention. The levels include:
- Initial Claim
- Reconsideration*
- Administrative Law Judge/Hearing
- Appeals Council
- Federal District Court
* In October 1999, as part of a program to redesign the disability process, the reconsideration step was eliminated in the following ten states: Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, parts of California, and New York.
Our role is to make sure we provide the best possible case scenario. It is the claimant's job to make sure he or she takes care of his or her health.
Our attorneys not only shield the claimant from the Social Security process, but educate the claimant as well. When the applicants understand the process, they are better able to assist in communicating to Social Security, through their attorneys, about their impairment.
Social Security Disability is our focus. Obtaining a favorable decision for all of our claimants is our goal.
